About the artist
Consuelo Villarroel is a Chilean visual artist based in Viña del Mar. A graduate of the Escuela de Bellas Artes de Viña del Mar with a major in Drawing and Painting (1993) and holder of a degree in Art from Universidad de Playa Ancha (2011), she works in oil and watercolor painting within the territory of realism and trompe-l’œil, in dialogue with the masters of still life.
